For patients without insurance or those preferring to pay out-of-pocket, we offer transparent and affordable self-pay pricing. Our goal is to ensure that cost is not a barrier to receiving necessary medical care.

Urgent Care Charges:

• Self pay New patient – $125
• Self pay established patient – $110
• Office visit with Simple procedure – $225

Physicals:

• Physical Adult – $75
• School Physical – $30
• Pre-employment Simple Exam (labs extra) – $50

Diagnostic Tests:

We offer many lab tests at different prices for our self pay patients. Any labs not listed can potentially be sent for further testing:

• CBC – $30
• CMP – $45
• Pregnancy test – $25
• Urinalysis – $30
• Drug Testing (12 panel) – $75
• Urine Culture ( Send out) – $30
• COVID/FLU A & B Antigen – $30
• Strep A Antigen – $30
• COVID/FLU A&B/RSV PCR – $150
• STI Testing – Chlamydia/Gonorrhea PCR – $80
• Candida, Gardnerella Vaginalis (BV), Trichomonas Vaginalis – $135
• XRays (Single) – $85
• EKG – $50

Procedures:

• Tetanus: $75
• Laceration: Depends on complexity and length – $200-$400
• Abscess I & D: $200
• Nebulizer Treatment: $30
• IV Hydration: $125
